New MCSBASE Knitting Factory 9/2026

- Phase 1 (2026): Operating 20 advanced machines with a production capacity of 300 tons/month.
- Phase 2 (2027): Expanding to 50 machines, boosting the total production capacity to 700 tons/month upon full investment completion.

Nha Trang & Hung Yen Factory
- Product: Single Jersey, Pique, Rib, Interlock, French Terry, Double Face with plain or striped
- Capacity: 2.000 tons/month.
- Machine: Circulating knitting machines (Single Jersey, Interlock, French Terry, Rib)
SPINNING CAPACITY
- Main Products:
- CVC, TC
- Cotton / Modal
- Recycled / BCI yarn
- Blended yarn
- Double/Triple yarn
- Location: Hue (Viet Nam)
- Capacity: 1.500.000 Kgs / month.
- Machine: Machine: Carding, Drawframe, Rovingframe, Ringspinning, Doubling winders, Tfo twisters, Testing machine
WOVEN CAPACITY
Location: Da Nang
Main product: Woven fabric 200-400 gsm
We control the yarn throughout the supply chain. Fabric quality is controlled at the sub-contractor.
FINISHING & DYEING CAPACITY
- We have 3 dyeing factories:

- Specializes in cotton/cotton blend and spandex fabrics
- Capacity: 500 tons/month
- 2. Nha Trang
- PProduces high-end products, tubular and seamless 100% cotton fabric.
- Capacity: 200 tons/month
- 3. Hue
- Specializes in synthetic and spandex
- Capacity: 150 tons/month
